We accept returns and offer exchanges if the item was received damaged or is the wrong size. For damaged items, please contact us directly with photos or video of the item and the issue. We will only honor exchanges of garments for different sizes if the original item is returned to us in perfect condition the way it was received, with tags intact. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will ship out a replacement.
We will not issue refunds for change of mind situations once item has been purchased and shipped or items that were damaged by the customer or are visibly worn.
We do not cover shipping fees for returns and exchanges at this moment.
Our shipping is FREE site-wide with no minimum orders.
If the order hasn't shipped, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via e-mail or live chat so we can make sure we ship it to the correct address. If the order has been shipped already, unfortunately there isn't much we can do but to wait for the order to be re-routed back to us. We encourage contact with us within 24 hours of placing the order for any changes in address.
Keep in mind, we allow ourselves 2-3 business days for order handling not only to ensure the quality of our packages but to also allow for any errors to be corrected during that time.
