  • What is your shipping and return policy?
    We accept returns and offer exchanges if the item was received damaged or is the wrong size. For damaged items, please contact us directly with photos or video of the item and the issue. We will only honor exchanges of garments for different sizes if the original item is returned to us in perfect condition the way it was received, with tags intact. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will ship out a replacement. We will not issue refunds for change of mind situations once item has been purchased and shipped or items that were damaged by the customer or are visibly worn. We do not cover shipping fees for returns and exchanges at this moment.
  • What are your shipping fees?
    Our shipping is FREE site-wide with no minimum orders.
  • I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
    If the order hasn't shipped, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via e-mail or live chat so we can make sure we ship it to the correct address. If the order has been shipped already, unfortunately there isn't much we can do but to wait for the order to be re-routed back to us. We encourage contact with us within 24 hours of placing the order for any changes in address. Keep in mind, we allow ourselves 2-3 business days for order handling not only to ensure the quality of our packages but to also allow for any errors to be corrected during that time.
  • When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it?
    Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 days for handling to ensure quality and any errors (such as address change) to be handled before we ship it out. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. We use USPS for our shipping carrier and most of the time, orders are received within 3-4 business days.
  • Do I have to register on your site?
    You are not required to register on our site for any reason. You are welcome to create an account if you'd like to keep track of your order history and user information but this is up to you.
  • Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?
    Order confirmation e-mails are sent out automatically to the e-mail address provided during check out. Please check your junk/spam folders carefully. If you still can't locate it, please contact us so we can manually send it to you.
  • How can I cancel an order?
    If you created an account, simply log in to view your order and see if the Cancel option is still available. If you checked out as a guest or you are unable to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to or use the live chat feature if it's during business hours (9a.m.-6p.m. CST Monday through Friday).
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal.
  • Is it safe to use credit or debit cards on your site?
    Yes, our website is secure and ecrypted, which can be checked via the "lock" icon on your address bar next to the website URL. A "lock" icon indicates the site uses secure connections to process any payment. We do not collect any payment information and do not have access to it at any time.
  • Where are you located?
    We are currently an online only business but we were founded in Saint Louis, MO and currently operate from Saint Louis and Los Angeles based on our team's physical locations.
  • How can I contact you?
    The best way to contact us for the quickest response is through our live chat feature, available from 9 a.m. to 6p.m. Central Standard Time (USA).     Please send us an e-mail to and with your name, contact information, short bio and portfolio of work or list of services/skills you can provide. You can also use our Contact form on our site. We are always looking for new talent, artists, creators, and visionaries of all sorts, including but not limited to: Painters Illustrators Mixed Media artists Animators Sculptors Jewelry Makers Fashion Designers Web Designers 3D Artists Models/Actors Performers Graphic Designers We are seeking talent to be featured in our online gallery, comission and/or license artwork, collaborate on new fashion and body care items, feature a selected artist in our Full Moon Artist Highlight in our News section and social media channels and models/performers for various photo and video shoots.
